Motiv Space Systems is a small business dedicated to space motion control and flight robotics applications. Motiv has evolved a staff of multi-disciplinary talents in the fields of electronics, software, and mechanisms as they apply to space systems.  Signature programs include: The Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover Robotic Arm, the Mars 2020 Mastcam-Z opto-mechanical camera mechanism system, the OSAM-1 (Restore-L) robotic motion control system, and the OSAM-2 robotic manipulator system.  Motiv is dedicated to developing technologies to increase capability and drive down cost to enable the next generation of mission architects in the arenas of space servicing, assembly, and manufacturing.
