The Clean Orbit Foundation aims to solve the threat of space debris through collaborative and international efforts. For decades, the problem has been long ignored, and not enough action has been taken to help combat space debris.  With that in mind, we believe the COF can help bridge the public’s gaps of knowledge, improve the clarity of debris-related information, and help reduce the chaos that currently resides in the industry. A key focus at the COF will be advocating for space sustainability, and that can only happen if we work together.

The lack of fully global and holistic efforts in progress, it makes solving this complex problem that much more difficult.  Through the COF, we can ideally build the foundations for the public and private sectors to collaborate to find viable solutions, reduce the chaos through global collaborative efforts, and centralize information to be more readily available for use around the world.
