Dave Barnhart will be speaking at the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) 2018  in Bremen, Germany on behalf of CONFERS. Dave will be discussing practices to develop safety standards for on-orbit rendezvous and proximity operations in the CB London Room on October 5, 2018 at 9:45AM.
