11:15 CONFERS Issue Forum: Sustainability and Commercial On-Orbit Servicing

Issues Forum sessions are intended to be interactive discussions between CONFERS participants the showcase how the products being developed by CONFERS relate to enabling commercial OOS and RPO.  In this case the session will talk about how commercial servicing capabilities provide important civil and commercial benefits that are distinct from space-based weapon capabilities; and the role of responsible operations practices in enabling those benefits.
